Should I purchase a membership, I will not share or disclose my membership username or password to any individual or group. I understand this may result in the immediate termination of my membership account.

STRENGTHNET has the right to instantly terminate service for any unpaid or partial paid subscriptions. Termination of service shall not relieve the user from the obligation to satisfy outstanding invoices. In the event STRENGTHNET utilizes an attorney to collect such sums, the user shall be responsible for the payment of all of STRENGTHNET attorneys' fees and costs in pursuing the collection of these sums.

STRENGTHNET has the right to instantly terminate service for excessive bandwidth usage. Average bandwidth usage should not exceed 800MB over any three day period. STRENGTHNET will suspend your account for 24 hours when you exceed the bandwidth limit. Also, the User cannot directly link to any content on our site to download media files. No usage of special download programs may be used to download multiple media files at the same time.

The Bronze, Silver and Gold recurring memberships require a two (2) month minimum billing cycle.

STRENGTHNET reserves the right to cancel service for any reason without prior notice. In case of cancellation, unused fees may be returned to the user on a pro-rata basis.

Any use of download accelerators is strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate termination of membership services.

Membership Cancellation. The User can cancel their membership simply by logging into the website and clicking the Cancel link on the user Account page. Fees for any setup and the first month's service are not refundable, unless the customer is unsuccessful in using the account and notifies STRENGTHNET within three days of establishing said service.

In addition to any price for services, Customer shall be responsible for the gross amount of any present or future federal, state, municipal or other government sales, use, excise, value added or other similar taxes applicable to the price, sales or delivery of any services furnished hereunder or to their use by customer.

I release STRENGTHNET, STRENGTHNET Entertainment, LLC, all assignees and associates of any and all liability in conjunction with my use of this site.

I understand that the services provided by STRENGTHNET are "as is" and "with all faults." STRENGTHNET makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the quality, safety or suitability of the services, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. In no event will STRENGTHNET be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages however they may arise and even if STRENGTHNET has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
