| >> DO YOU HAVE A SIGNIFICANT OTHER OR SPOUSE?
Nope >> BESIDES MODELING, WHAT OTHER WORK DO YOU DO? ARE YOU IN SCHOOL? I'm a bartender and a student at CAL (UC Berkeley). >> WHAT IS YOUR MAJOR? Economics >> TELL US ABOUT YOUR WORKOUTS. HOW DO YOU LIKE TO TRAIN? My workouts are split in 3 main parts: Chest and Triceps, Back and Biceps, and Legs. The other muscle groups such as abs, traps, and forearms are worked into the 3 part split. I like to train seasonally, it is mostly based on what my interests are: for example, when I first began working out from age 14 until around age 20, I just wnted to be "huge." I had aspirations of playing Div. I Football for a California University (like SD State). Working out is a very personal thing in my life. It is something that parallels my lifestyle and interests. Right now I'm only interested in staying below 175 lbs and being as ripped and fast as humanly possible. I have practice 5 days/week for boxing. We have alternating light and heavy days. Light days are shadowboxing for 3 rounds and jumping rope for three rounds. Hitting the heavy bag for 3 rounds and the double ended bags for 3 rounds. We mix in defenive drills (sparring with a partner) every day. Heavy days are the same as light except all work is for 6 rounds instead of 3. We run laps 3 times/week. We sprint the straights and jog the corners of the track for 2 miles and run a mile of full laps striaght (400 meter dash). >> WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BODYPART TO TRAIN? The Brain >> WHAT IS YOUR LEAST FAVORITE BODYPART TO TRAIN? The Brain >> WHAT ARE YOUR STRONGEST LFTS? My strongest lifts come when I have been in the groove for at least a month or two, so my routine is consistent and my body is used to taking the daily pounding of intense lifting. My strongest lifts (historically) have been: 340lbs Bench Press, 505lbs Squat, and 415lbs on the Deadlift. Today I might be able to lift half of each of those amounts. >> DO YOU PLAY ANY SPORTS? DID YOU PLAY ANY SPORTS IN THE PAST? IF SO, WHICH ONES? I am a boxer for CAL's rec club. I used to play football, wrestle, and run track. I am thinking about the track team in spring, but I'm not sure. >> WHAT HELPED YOU GET YOUR GREAT BODY? GENETICS? SPORTS? TRAINING? I have been blessed with great genetics. My Father is a big Scottish guy and my Mom is Danish armwrestler. I am much leaner than anyone in my family, but we all have the builds to match. I was a gymnast in my younger days, that gave me speed, agility and flexibility. >> WHAT IS YOUR DAILY NUTRITION LIKE? I eat well. I don't count carbs or anything, but bad food turns me off. I just eat what tastes good to me, and that is usually Chinese takeout, Chicken and Turkey sandwiches, pasta and the like. I take vitamins C, E, A, Lysine ,Beta Carotene, Calcium, Glucosamine and Chondroitin and Niacin. If I eat fast food or a roast beef sandwich, I can tell you that I feel much slower and besides it makes me want to throw up. >> DO YOU USE ANY SUPPLEMENTS? IF SO, WHICH ONES? I like Creatine Monohydrate powder and GNCs whey protein. I mix them together (5 grams and 20 grams respectively) with water and take it twice a day. >> WHAT HAIR AND/OR SKIN PRODUCTS DO YOU LIKE TO USE? I have a whole load of these: I use the apricot face scrub three times/week and every time before I shave. I have the Neutrogena line of skin care products including the face cream with retinol (it's good if you have been out drinking heavy and you ned to cover up a pimple or redness). I use this ICE gel for my hair and KMS hairspray. >> WHAT CLOTHING DESIGNERS DO YOU LIKE BEST AND WHY? I like Abercrombie, Armani Exchange, DKNY (my favorite shirt), Gucci, Prada, Dolce, Hugo Boss and some of the basic stuff at Nordstroms and Neiman Marcus. I also shop at thrift stores in Berkeley because you never know what you'll find second hand that my flip your lid! >> WHO DO YOU LOOK UP TO AND WHY? It is a very important thing to have a role model/mentor. #1 is God, but in the human form it would be my Dad, followed by Arnold Schwartzenneger (the American Dream a.k.a. the man who can), and Roy Jones Jr. First I look up to the all powerful because he is the only one who knows all and is keeping the records straight. I look to Him for guidance and support, strength, virtue, wisdom and awareness, not to mention love. I look up to my Father because he is the man I have had the good fortune to model myself after. He is the man's man, the lady's man and a good father. I look up to Arnold because he is such an outstanding example of success. He has accomplished all that he has set out to do and people respect and love him. He is a visionary leader and a well rounded man. I look up to Roy Jones Jr. because of his heart and strength, his speed and agility, and his honor. He is the ultimate fighter of our day and of his own generation! >> WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE MOVIES?
