IFBB Pro Kyle Kirvay was always athletic growing up. He played football, lacrosse and wrestling as a kid. Kyle didn’t start competing in bodybuilding until 2017, just last year. In the off-season, Kyle’s body weight soared to 280 lbs.
His strength in the off-season is unreal. He was benching 525 lbs, deadlifting 805 lbs and squatting 725 lbs. He’s considering doing a powerlifting competition sometime soon.
For Bodybuilding, he trimmed down to 220 lbs to compete as a heavyweight. He also decided to compete in Classic Physique. He competed at the 2018 NPC Universe and ended up taking the overall in Bodybuilding and took a 1st Place in Classic Physique Class D, basically winning his IFBB Pro Card in both categories.
