About Jack Russell

Natural Power Bodybuilder Jack Russell grew up in war-torn Liberia in West Africa. Jack played soccer when he was younger. When he got more serious about the sport, he started working out. Being in a country with an on-going civil war, Jack was extremely physically active.

As he continued training, he got bigger and stronger. Many years ago, Jack travelled to the US for work. He was encouraged to start competing in bodybuilding, so he competed in his first show in 2016.
