About Michael Charles

Michael Charles got serious about weight training and strength when he started playing football. As he started packing on size, one of his peers told him about a bodybuilder named Ronnie Coleman. When Charles got home that day, he looked up Ronnie Coleman and saw some YouTube videos of him training in the gym and competing. Those videos inspired Michael to get into bodybuilding.

If you know anything about Ronnie, you know that he trains really heavy. Michael has definitely followed in his footsteps. Michael is incredibly strong benching 455 lbs for reps. He also incline benched 430 lbs for reps.
