About Oluseye Osinowo
Oluseye “Osi” Osinowo started sports at a young age, and he was good at it. Osi was always the strongest kid among his peers whether it was lifting weights, arm wrestling or playing sports. Osi had to overcome some a physical issue. He developed asthma at a long age. It’s hampered him playing sports and is responsible for him not being able to go pro in football.
Osi works as a personal trainer and is part owner of a gym. Since he can’t play pro football, he’s turned to bodybuilding. He’s been a natural athlete all his life. He’s amazingly strong bench pressing 465 lbs, squatting over 600 lbs and deadlifting almost 700 lbs. He’s also gone unbeaten in arm wrestling.
Osi stays lean all year long, staying within 10 lbs of competition condition.
