About Shawn Smith

Believe it or not, Shawn Smith was a skinny kid. He was the kid that got bullied all the time because he was small and weak. He was an easy target. He finally got fed up with it, and one summer, joined a gym.

Shawn started eating everything he could considering he had a very fast metabolism. He started training hard, as hard as he possibly could. He started packing on muscle very easily. By the end of the summer, he was the biggest guy around. Once he got hooked, he kept with it.

Shawn has been competing for the past few years and expects to become a pro this year.
