About Tyler Cohen

Tyler Cohen is one genetically-gifted kid. Yeah, he’s still a kid! As of the writing of this bio in September 2016, Tyler is only 22 years old. He grew up playing sports, which included football and track & field. Since Tyler’s muscle makeup is mostly fast-twitch muscle fibers, he stuck to the strength events in track including shotput, javelin and sprinting.

Wanting to get bigger and stronger for sports, Tyler took up weight training. As he started making gains, he did what any kid would do. He went to YouTube to learn more about gaining size and strength. Tyler stumbled upon a video featuring IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Branch Warren. Branch is all about size and strength, and Tyler attributes his interest in bodybuilding to this video clip of Branch.
