Bodybuilding Library Update

We just updated the Bodybuilding Library with exercises from IFBB Pro Shaun “The Giant Killer” Clarida and Bodybuilder Joshua Taubes.


Joshua gives you two exercises to build massive biceps including Alternating Dumbbell Curls and Hammer Curls.


Shaun gives you a variation on Skull Crushers by using dumbbells instead of a barbell. These are called Dumbbell Skull Crushers.
