Natural Power Bodybuilder Anthony Hernandez Trains Heavy Shoulders



Natural Power Bodybuilder Anthony Hernandez stands 5’6″ tall and weighs 182 lbs. He’s pretty ripped all year round and has impressive strength. We shot him training heavy shoulders where he throws around 130 lb dumbbells pressing them overhead for 10 reps. Anthony explains how heavy training has kept him big and strong and how controlling the weight has helped him avoid injuries.




In the voiceover interview, Anthony discusses his arm wrestling accomplishments and that no one has really presented too much of a challenge to his strength.
