STRENGTHNET.com has a “What’s New” page just for members, so that members can see what content has been recently updated. It has sections for Feature Videos, Exercise Videos, Athletes and Articles.
What if you’re not a member, or what if you want a more text-based explanation of the update? The Blog section on STRENGTHNET.com is where we will list updates that happen on the site. The updates have their own blog category called “Site Updates”.
On a less frequent basis, we will send out an e-mail newsletter to bring members and non-members up-to-date on everything going on at STRENGTHNET.com. If you’re not a member, you can join the Newsletter mailing list on the STRENGTHNET.com homepage.
Well, what about those updates? You may be wondering if there will be a regular update cycle, such as a weekly or monthly update. Not really. There will be frequent updates though, sometimes occurring multiple times a week. Please, come back often to check for new updates.
Tomorrow, a new Site Update will be listed to catch members up on any updates that have occurred since Launch Day on September 12, 2016.

Enjoying the site so far (was a member of the old site too). It underwhelming when comparing the content of the old site to this new one 🙁 Also, it would be a great feature if you can add a page about upcoming shoots, as a teaser of what to expect. I wish you could add the old site content to this. Thanks for your hard work.
The old site was built up over 16 years. When it first launched, it started with six short exercise video clips. The clips were between 30 seconds and one minute long. The clips certainly got longer as time went on, but the quality of that content pales in comparison to the new content. With this site, you’ll get to learn from the athletes and get to know them through the videos we create with them. Now that the new platform is up and running, we will start informing you of new content coming in the next few weeks. Right now, we’re trying to get as much content out there as possible.
