Ethan Valle is one tough dude. He’s from the Bronx! This workout was actually shot in early 2015 during the beginning of his bodybuilding prep for shows later in the year. He’s pretty thick in this video, but you can still see abs and some thick arm veins. During his off-season, Ethan trains heavy. You’ll see him go up to 500 lb deadlifts.
