Natural Power Bodybuilder Anthony Hernandez trains shoulders and traps during the winter of 2018. Over his 12 years of weight training, he’s always believed in using and controlling heavy weight. Anthony is 5’6″ tall and weighs 182 lbs when this video was produced. He works up to 130 lb dumbbells for 10 reps and upright rows 185 lbs for 8 reps. During the voiceover interview, Anthony discusses his heavy training and also mentions that he’s gotten into arm wrestling and no one has really put up much of a challenge against him.
