Powerlifter Larry Williams trains heavy chest with some squats 7-weeks out from the 2016 Reebok Record Breakers Powerlifting Competition. Larry is just 21 years old and is able to lift mind-boggling weight including repping 500 lbs on the bench press as well as incline pressing 200 lb dumbbells. He also throws in a set of alternating dumbbell curls with 90 lb dumbbells, just for fun.
