About Joshua Taubes

Joshua Taubes played basketball as a kid. When he entered the 9th grade, Joshua felt he was in poor health with the way he was eating, so he took weight training as an elective and really grew fond of it. Joshua credits his friend Jeremy Singer for getting him into bodybuilding and teaching him the proper way to train.

Joshua works as a personal trainer and hopes to inspire other to take up weight training to enhance their physiques and quality of life.
